At Tulifo, I designed and built Xiya, an autonomous interview agent that plans sessions, calls tools, retrieves candidate and job data, and scores answers while leaving the final decision to a person. I took the platform from a blank repo to production in three months.
I rebuilt Xiya’s voice pipeline around streaming, turn detection, and interruption handling, reducing silence from 2–3 seconds to natural turn-taking. I also shipped six products on one model family and support candidates in any language.
I own model strategy at Tulifo, using in-house models for follow-ups, scoring, and guardrails alongside Claude and OpenAI. I fine-tuned Chittu Guard and trained Chittu Story from scratch; both were released with model cards.
Earlier, I consulted for startups and worked with M2’s stablecoin team. At Watermark Insights, I managed a 45-person engineering organisation and later architected its Student Learning & Licensure platform migration to AWS microservices.
