At COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, I worked as a Senior Associate (Trade Finance BA), providing functional leadership for FCC, FFC, and TICC at IBL Bank. I owned the BRD and FSD documentation lifecycle for the SWIFT 2021 migration and managed localized SDK customizations on IBM WebSphere.
At WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, I worked as a Scrum Master & Business Analyst for Lloyds Bank, facilitating Agile ceremonies and authoring BRDs and FSDs for the SWIFT 2021 standards migration. I also managed Host-to-Host data flows using XML/MT messaging to automate corporate trade transactions.
At BLUESCOPE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, I worked as a Software Analyst (Trade Finance Systems) and orchestrated the TICC rollout across 26 international countries for SBI Bank. I engineered and managed separate instances and localized FSDs for the majority of those locations.
My work also included supporting trade finance implementations and migrations for banks including IDFC Bank, IBL Bank, CBD, and FAB Bank & GHQ. I authored BRDs, FSDs, and RFPs and worked with Finastra products, SWIFT messaging, and infrastructure including IBM MQ, WebSphere, WebLogic, ActiveMQ, and Tomcat.
