At OPPO India, I analyze regional product-launch readiness, training data, and campaign delivery for products including Reno 16 and Find X9. I turn camera-performance benchmarking, KOL engagement metrics, and trainer feedback into structured reports and actions for cross-functional stakeholders.
I've led O/V gap-reduction projects in Allahabad and Mathura, using competitor benchmarking, root-cause analysis, outlet activation, and distributor alignment to deliver up to 86% YoY performance improvement. Across a 15-store territory, my performance tracking and engagement planning helped grow monthly sales volume 103%, from 1,036 to 2,103 units.
I build MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and improvement plans using Power BI and advanced Excel.
