What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow as a clinical and research-oriented psychologist, applying evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches in ethical, empathetic work that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.

I'm completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology at Mediterranean College while building on my Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Macedonia. My work is grounded in promoting psychological wellbeing, emotional resilience, and personal growth across diverse populations.

I've trained in CBT for depression, anxiety, and ADHD in youth through the Beck Institute, alongside counseling, eating disorders, DSM-based assessment, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, Clinical NLP, mindfulness, and Ericksonian and analytical hypnotherapy. I'm also engaged in ongoing clinical supervision and aim to develop as a clinical and research-oriented psychologist through ethical, scientifically informed, empathetic practice.
