At Soloveyko.Media, I helped grow a digital signage startup operating a 2,000+ device IoT network across 50+ businesses and generating $1M+ annual revenue. I architected and scaled a distributed serverless platform from MVP to production across 15+ services and 200+ Lambda handlers.

I also owned high-impact engineering: building the backend advertising subsystem (forecasting, pricing, reporting), which became ~25% of company revenue, and redesigning content delivery for 2,000+ IoT devices under intermittent connectivity. Through analytics aggregation, I reduced per-device operating costs by 12x while preserving reporting needed for commercial workflows.

Previously at IT4Medicine, I improved a legacy backend, implemented master data workflows for consistency, and delivered an address-normalization microservice used across five systems.
