At LumenWerx, I manage approximately 100 commercial lighting projects and purchase orders each year, ranging from catalogue applications under $50K to complex initiatives up to $3M.
I lead delivery from client requirements through engineering, procurement, production, shipping, installation, acceptance, and closeout. I translate evolving needs into practical technical specifications and keep scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk under control.
I coordinate teams of 20–30 people across 7–10 departments, including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, installation, vendors, and end users. I also manage retrofit installations in finished commercial buildings and navigate access, space, architectural, and disruption constraints.
Earlier at Akal Pipelines, I supported project planning, execution, reporting, cost tracking, documentation, and closeout. I'm PMP-certified and bring an engineering background to cross-functional project delivery.
