What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can build lasting customer relationships, support business growth, solve customer concerns, and contribute through strong communication and lead management.

At City Union Bank, I managed customer and business client relationships, delivered banking and financial solutions, and maintained high customer satisfaction.

I've supported business development through lead follow-ups, client communication, negotiation, and long-term relationship building. I resolve customer concerns professionally while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

I've maintained 98–99% accuracy while handling high-volume transactions and records, and improved customer satisfaction through personalized communication and timely support.

Earlier, as a Nutrition Intern at Pangole Hospital, I guided patients on nutrition plans and healthy lifestyle practices while addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
