At Ferromonk Steel Structures, I lead plant operations across safety, quality, cost, delivery, fabrication, maintenance, painting, dispatch, and workforce management. I control production against project schedules, enforce quality plans and inspections, and drive productivity and continuous improvement.
I've spent 27 years across steel fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing, aluminium alloys, steel-cored wire, recarburizer, and metallurgical manufacturing. At MPM and Minex Metallurgical, I managed production planning, supply chain, inventory, costing, logistics, material flow, ERP systems, and ISO/OHS internal audits.
