At Microsoft, I designed the server-side authentication and integration architecture that lets third-party applications retrieve internal substrate search data through Microsoft Graph. I authored the technical specifications, built the first end-to-end integration, and established a reusable pattern adopted across partner services.
For AI-generated meeting insights, I architected reliability improvements and resilient fallbacks across dependent storage and data services, increasing availability from 86.5% to >99%. I owned the worldwide production rollout.
I also drove the technical design and implementation of PDF artifact export for Microsoft 365 Copilot Researcher through 100% worldwide production rollout. The artifact-generation platform expanded into mainline Copilot, with ~99% end-to-end generation success.
Earlier, I led technical delivery and API planning at Sovtech, designed architectures and CI/CD pipelines at Codeshares, and worked on web applications and REST APIs at Kuja Kuja and Andela. My work spans AI and distributed systems, including evaluation pipelines, search experiences, and deployments across sovereign cloud environments.
