I'm targeting AI Operations, AI Project Management, and Data Operations roles within the Artificial Intelligence and IT industry, where I can apply my experience in AI training workflows, workforce management, process automation, quality assurance, and cross-functional project execution.

At Deccan AI, I manage a distributed workforce across RLHF, SFT, and evaluation projects, and direct quality management for Agentic AI programs. I developed evaluation rubrics and guidelines to support reliable AI training datasets.

I established the Launchpad Programme, an onboarding framework that qualified 1,750 contributors in 45 days. By automating its assessment process with Python and Google Apps Script, I helped scale onboarding from 200 intakes per month to 750 per week while reducing manual effort.

I also developed a Google Apps Script and PostgreSQL reporting pipeline to replace a deprecated internal API. Earlier, at Null Class, I designed and deployed an AI-powered customer service chatbot, managing its lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation.
