At Groupe Alesco, I lead five developers and own architecture decisions across five financial-services applications. I delivered an eight-month modernization of roughly 200,000 lines of PHP and Symfony code with zero production downtime, while helping raise test coverage from 0.1% to 19%.

I design backend systems that improve delivery outcomes: a multi-tenant Symfony and AWS architecture reduced new-brand launches from nine weeks to under three, and asynchronous processing cut an acquisition funnel from minutes to about 40 seconds. I also govern public and partner APIs supporting roughly 40,000 active contracts, and a public API helped triple new customer acquisition.

Previously, I built fine-grained access control and migration foundations at DiliTrust, and distributed payment, order, RFID, and POS services at Digitiz.me. I enjoy mentoring engineers, hiring thoughtfully, making technical-debt trade-offs clear, and staying hands-on with PHP, Symfony, AWS, and domain-driven design.
