At Worldline, I designed a unified merchant API, database tables, and payment flows for a platform integrating European banking services. I analysed PSD2 protocols and provider APIs to define integration specifications and system interaction scenarios.

I worked with the architect to standardise merchant-facing requests across banks and payment methods, while handling provider differences inside the platform. I also contributed to the transition from monolithic routing to microservices organised by integration type and supported successive production releases.

At Paysera - Consulting, I designed and documented API specifications for payment gateway and payment initiation services. I created OpenAPI/YAML specifications and merchant integration guides while working with developers on European open banking integrations.

At Telcell, I translated stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user flows, and system workflows for mobile wallet features. I coordinated delivery teams through requirements clarification and acceptance testing, and communicated defects and expected feature behaviour to developers.
