I want to grow and diversify my skills at the workplace. I plan and strategize my work as assigned by my superiors, take up challenges, and lead my team to desirable results while executing end-to-end hiring effectively.

I’m a Corporate HR Executive with experience in HR recruitment across IT and Non IT roles, handling junior to Senior level hiring and even cxo level hiring. I use job portals to shortlist candidates, conduct cold calling, arrange interviews at client organizations, and work through the full hiring cycle—from job posting and candidate emails to document verification before joining.

I also support onboarding and induction of new joinees, handle new joinee medical formalities and reimbursements, and maintain complete folders for each joinee. I’ve worked with Zoho People software, coordinated daily recruitment openings with clients, conducted employee engagement activities, and contributed to major recruitment drives while keeping communication, follow-ups, and process accuracy consistent.
