At ANSTAT, I supervise a call center team, monitor performance indicators, and implement process improvements. I also contribute to the quality of collected statistical data.
At CEFPRO-CI, I managed personnel administration, recruitment, and HR reporting while developing training programs based on identified needs. I also contributed to educational coordination and learner performance follow-up.
On INS's EPC 2022 and RGPH 2021 projects, I trained and supervised 55 census agents and handled operational planning, payroll records, supplies, and daily reporting. Earlier, as an Administrative & Human Resources Assistant, I managed personnel files and contracts, developed HR processes and dashboards, and supported managers.
