At IBM, I led the technical design of a Document Intelligence Platform, defining service boundaries and event-driven patterns for enterprise AI integration. I developed backend services and RAG pipelines with LangChain and OpenAI, and built REST APIs and full-stack applications for an AI-enabled healthcare platform.

Previously, at Gadgeon Smart Systems, I developed Node.js microservices using Apache Kafka for telecom streaming data and integrated observability with Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana. At Menerva Software (Traice), I worked on banking and analytics applications, and at Neuroplex I built a Siamese Network facial recognition solution for automated footfall counting.
