At Publicis Sapient, I enhanced Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs for Lloyds Banking Group’s Enterprise Service Orchestration Engine. I also designed and implemented 5+ Dynatrace dashboards for UAT and production, improving observability and incident diagnosis.

For the BCB – CD&A Generative AI experiment, I developed backend integrations with LLMs and deployed cloud-native microservices on GCP and Kubernetes. Earlier, at SunTec Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd, I optimized banking batch processing, reducing execution time from 24 hours to approximately 5 hours.
