What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level mechanical role where I can run ANSYS static simulations, support structural safety/collision studies, and contribute to design optimization for automotive or aerospace—while learning from experienced engineering teams.

I’m a driven Mechanical Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in automotive structural safety and aerospace manufacturing. I focus on evaluating stress, deformation, and structural integrity so designs improve real-world performance.

I’ve conducted static simulations using ANSYS to analyze crashworthiness and deformation patterns of automotive B-Pillars under side-impact loads, leveraging a Toyota Camry model. I then evaluate stress distribution and energy absorption to identify design optimizations that maximize structural integrity and passenger safety.

My internship experience in aerospace strengthened my engineering fundamentals, from CNC and conventional machining (lathe and milling) to quality control using Coordinate Measuring Machines and electronic height gauges. I also worked with GD&T principles and CAD/CAM workflows for aerospace-grade materials and cutting tools, including jig boring and material selection.

I’m also careful with communication and execution: I use LaTeX for technical reporting and coordinate complex logistics for large teams. As a team captain, I led a roster of 30 players and managed travel, reporting, and accommodation—building my leadership, multitasking, and time-management approach.
