IndiaWhat I'm looking for
My project, Thermal Management of Cylindrical Lithium-Ion Battery Using PCM Composite, investigated battery thermal performance using eicosane phase-change material reinforced with silicon dioxide nanoparticles. I compared different nanoparticle concentrations with a pure PCM baseline.
I conducted experimental heating and cooling studies with different heater loads and used K-type thermocouples to monitor temperature. I designed battery housings, heater arrangements, and PCM enclosures using Fusion 360.
At Cochin Shipyard Limited, I gained exposure to shipbuilding operations, manufacturing and maintenance activities, and industrial workflows. At Auto Pulse Automotive Workshop, I observed automotive servicing, component inspection, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
I presented my battery thermal management work at NCE³ 2026, MACE, Kochi. My technical foundation includes SolidWorks modelling and drawings, working knowledge of ANSYS structural analysis, and experimental observation and documentation.
