What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow as a mechanical design and structural simulation engineer, applying ANSYS FEA to composite and blade-like structures, supporting validated boundary-condition-driven designs, and contributing to lightweight, failure-aware aerospace structures.

I’m an M. Tech student in Mechanical System Design (Machine Design) with a strong focus on structural simulation using ANSYS Mechanical. In my RCI-DRDO project internship, I designed and analyzed a composite glider wing, concentrating on stress distribution, deflection, and global stiffness while iterating laminate layup and thickness through FE-based design studies.

I performed static and modal simulations in ANSYS Mechanical and used ANSYS ACP for composite layup modeling and failure analysis, achieving ~45% weight reduction while maintaining structural integrity. I enjoy boundary condition definition, load cases, mesh quality checks, and interpreting stress/strain, factor of safety, and mode shapes to guide design changes, alongside clear technical documentation and technical reviews.
