What I'm looking for

I am looking for a MEAL role where I can strengthen monitoring systems, lead quality data analysis, and embed learning and accountability into day-to-day program decisions—especially in health, education, and livelihoods—with room to mentor teams and improve tools.

I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Accountability (MEAL) Expert with 10 years of experience designing and implementing MEAL frameworks to improve the effectiveness of development and humanitarian projects. I combine research, data analysis, and project management to turn evidence into practical decisions.

In my current role, I study existing systems and help develop and implement a comprehensive MEAL strategy aligned with organizational goals. I strengthen MEAL frameworks, tools, and methodologies; oversee routine data collection; analyze quantitative and qualitative data; and ensure monitoring and evaluation findings drive program improvement and decision-making.

I have led end-to-end monitoring and evaluation across major education-focused projects, including preparing quarterly and annual reporting with GEDSI analysis and taking the lead role in conducting baseline, midline, and end-line evaluations. I also support data management through digital tools (KoboToolbox, Survey CTO, Microsoft Forms) and build databases at the municipality level.

I bring a strong public health and biostatistics foundation, with training in research design and statistical analysis. I actively promote learning by capturing lessons learned and facilitating reflection sessions, while strengthening beneficiary and stakeholder feedback mechanisms, complaints handling, and capacity building through mentoring and training.
