What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead academics with a structured, supportive student culture—combining curriculum innovation, behavior-focused discipline, parent/community collaboration, and smart technology integration to maximize learning outcomes.

I’m a rigorous, multi-disciplinary educator passionate about alleviating poverty through education using audio-visual and written communication. I lead with a relationship-driven approach, maximizing student learning by developing positive student culture and structured, supportive environments.

As Head of School and earlier in quality assurance, operations, and parent relationship roles, I’ve built curriculum and instructor training materials, evaluated teaching and assessment processes, and strengthened student learning resources through research and instructional design. I also integrate new technologies into school systems, coordinate outreach with parents and the community, and maintain quality control across academics and student welfare.
