What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in schools or educational programs where I can improve teaching quality, develop staff, and implement effective instructional systems.

I am an educational leader with experience as a Head of Department and Principal, grounded in advanced study in Educational Technology (M.Ed) and Educational Management (B.Ed). I lead curriculum implementation, teacher mentorship, staff training, and day-to-day academic operations while driving improvements in teaching quality and student outcomes.

I also bring HR management experience from the private sector, including recruitment, payroll preparation, staff evaluation and welfare, and organizing professional development. I volunteer in community service initiatives and have conducted research on local environmental and educational issues that inform my practical leadership approach.
