What I'm looking for

I'm motivated to apply my skills to real-world evidence generation and federated healthcare data platforms such as OMOP CDM.

At Noymed Clinical Research, I developed and validated SDTM and ADaM datasets in SAS for Phase II–III clinical trials, transforming source data to meet CDISC standards and ICH guidelines. I also produced tables, listings and figures from Statistical Analysis Plans and contributed to regulatory submission packages.

For my colorectal cancer risk prediction capstone, I built a reproducible machine-learning pipeline using three public cohorts and identified Fusobacterium as the top pooled predictor with SHAP. I also bring experience automating tasks and supporting CI/CD workflows, Docker deployments and Linux systems at SARD Group.
