At AZevents, I coordinate events from client consultation through delivery, translating each client’s vision and requirements into tailored event plans. I oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and budgets to deliver events on time and within financial constraints.

As Event Coordinator & Team Leader at AZevents from February 2022 to February 2024, I coordinated event logistics and supervised teams during execution. I also worked with vendors to maintain service quality and availability.

At Sintegra Consulting, I analyzed technical requirements to define candidate selection criteria and coordinated with internal teams during recruitment. I monitored recruitment KPIs and proposed process improvements.

Earlier, I developed a CRM website during my internship at Pragma Consult and worked on a web/mobile application to digitize HR processes at Eleonetech. As a TEDx Organizer, I planned an event and managed a 30,000 TND budget; with IEEE ISET Bizerte Student Branch, I co-founded the branch and secured 15,000 TND in sponsorship funding.
