I’m a Dog Daycare Attendant with 1+ years of hands-on experience creating safe, clean, and engaging environments for dogs while delivering friendly customer service to owners. I’m bilingual in Spanish and focus on client communication, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards across play and rest areas.

In my most recent role at Olde town pet resort (2023 – Apr 2024), I greeted dog owners warmly at drop-off and pickup to improve client satisfaction and repeat visits. I maintained clean play and rest areas by promptly removing waste and supported health and hygiene standards, while engaging dogs in supervised play and socialization activities to reduce stress and promote positive behavior.

Before that, as a Host/Hostess (Aug 2020 – Mar 2021) at Woodmont Country Club, I helped guests with reservations by answering incoming calls, seating members and guests, and distributing menus to balance customer flow. I managed special seating requests, addressed members by name when possible, maintained order and cleanliness, assisted in resolving member and guest problems and complaints, and turned in the daily gratuity report along with server checks.
