What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Business Analyst, Operations, MIS, or Founder's Office roles where I can apply operational ownership, reporting, inventory management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement skills.

I manage end-to-end operations for a family bullion business, covering inventory, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and execution of key business processes.

I lead a team of 6–7 employees, maintain MIS reports and transaction records, and use operational data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and daily execution. I also identified cost-efficiency opportunities across operations and procurement to strengthen margins.

I helped scale the Gold business fivefold, growing its contribution from approximately 10% to nearly half of the overall business. I'm now looking to bring my operations, MIS, and analytical experience to Business Analyst, Operations, MIS, or Founder's Office roles.
