I managed onboarding and offboarding documentation, calculated employee entitlements, and coordinated medical-report approvals and workplace accident follow-up. I also coordinated occupational health and safety training administration and maintained related documentation.
At Arin Resort Bodrum, Tuglar Tourism and Salmakis Yachting, I supported recruitment through job advertising, sourcing, screening and interviews, alongside employee training coordination and day-to-day HR administration. I currently co-manage Alfa Bite, where I handle social media and take part in day-to-day business operations.
