Full Stack Software Engineer who developed an offline Amharic OCR app at Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute.

At Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, I developed a fully offline Flutter application for Amharic text recognition. I trained and fine-tuned YOLOv8 and CRNN models and integrated TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.

I built an end-to-end OCR pipeline that processed 1,000+ test images with 90%+ accuracy. I also optimized inference speed by 25% and contributed to testing and debugging.

For my final year project, I developed PharmaFind, a medicine availability and price comparison platform connecting patients, pharmacies, and administrators. It includes a Flutter mobile app, a Next.js and TypeScript web dashboard, and an admin panel.

I work across web, mobile, backend, and machine learning, using tools including Python, TypeScript, Flutter, PostgreSQL, and OpenCV.
