At Waystar, I contributed to replacing production Pick Basic processes with .NET services in healthcare claims and billing workflows. I also built features and resolved defects in data-processing pipelines, including payer and provider file integrations.
At ANSES, I led the migration of large-scale COBOL systems to .NET and directed development across application and service layers for Argentina's National Social Security Administration.
At Global Processing S.A., I designed the initial service-oriented architecture for a credit card processing platform in .NET Core. I separated shared functionality into authentication, authorization and configuration APIs, and introduced token authentication, Redis caching and API client generation.
At the Ministry of Labor, Employment & Social Security, I led development of Inspector Digital, an offline-capable inspection app that synced field results with central servers and cut the compliance-verification cycle from months to days. I grew into technical leadership in 2007, running an 8-developer team.
