What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in Product Development, Design Release, and R&D.

At Sandhar Technologies Ltd., I was part of the New Product Development team, contributing from design release through prototype validation. I developed and released manufacturing drawings from 3D CAD models using CATIA V5.

I applied GD&T and tolerances to support manufacturability and quality compliance, and supported Engineering Change Notices based on design changes. I also coordinated suppliers for frame components and reviewed drawings, BOM revisions, and design updates.

At Simulation Lab®, I performed CFD simulations of EV battery modules using ANSYS Fluent. I evaluated thermal management strategies and analyzed temperature distribution and heat dissipation.

In my projects, I reverse engineered automotive components and created 3D models and manufacturing drawings. I also simulated a suspension bracket and designed and assembled a LiFePO₄ battery pack for EVs.
