I resolve around 30 ServiceNow incident and service tickets daily, monitor infrastructure health, and troubleshoot CPU, memory, disk, service, connectivity, and IP conflict issues within SLA timelines.
I've also built a full-stack e-commerce website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL, including authentication, product management, and responsive interfaces. My hands-on toolkit includes PowerShell health checks, VMware vCenter, ESXi, HP iLO, Grafana, RDP, Git, GitHub, and AWS fundamentals.
