I've built machine learning, ETL, and dashboard projects that turn raw data into practical business recommendations. In a hotel booking analysis of 27,500 records, I identified cancellation drivers and quantified £1,089,430 in revenue loss.

I developed and compared five prediction models, selecting a three-layer ANN optimized with focal loss and balanced class weights. My recommendations included tiered deposits, controlled overbooking, and retention strategies for high-risk bookings.

I've also built a Python ETL pipeline for five years of road accident data, creating a SQLite star schema and validating analysis-ready datasets. Using Power BI, I designed an interactive SDG 4 and SDG 8 dashboard for exploring education, unemployment, and GDP trends.

Through OpenArc Systems Management and Disaster Management Center volunteering, I've supported structured data entry, validation, real-time reporting, and operational record keeping. I'm seeking an internship where I can apply Python, SQL, Power BI, and a data-driven mindset to meaningful work.
