I've spent more than six years managing CPA/CPL campaigns and affiliate-based lead generation across different GEOs, offers, and traffic sources.

I recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and publishers while communicating offers, payouts, restrictions, and campaign requirements. I select offers based on GEO, payout, conversion potential, and traffic quality.

I monitor clicks, leads, conversions, CPA, and overall campaign performance using tracking links, conversion tracking, postbacks, and campaign reporting. I analyze traffic quality, identify suspicious or invalid traffic, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion performance.

I'm looking to bring my experience in affiliate management, publisher partnerships, lead generation, and performance marketing to a Senior Affiliate Manager, CPA Affiliate Manager, Publisher Manager, or Lead Generation Manager role.
