At Metso India, I develop and optimize hydraulic circuits for Lokotrack, Nordtrack, and NW mobile crushing and screening equipment.
I've supported localization and new-product initiatives by designing hydraulic architectures that balance performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost. My work includes selecting Rexroth load-sensing pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, filters, and other hydraulic components for systems operating up to 400 bar.
I use Siemens NX for routing, installation layouts, and packaging studies, and maintain hydraulic schematics in E3.series with revisions managed through Teamcenter.
I've contributed to next-generation cone crusher, electric mobile jaw crusher, LT220GPS, and NW117 projects through supplier qualification, BOM releases, prototype validation, commissioning, and root-cause analysis.
