At Dental Strivers Inc., I built and deployed a voice agent for the LMS that answers learner questions about AFK exam courses and transfers callers to staff with their conversation context. I also helped build and operate the learning and assessment platform.
I led QuickStart AI, an open-source platform for lead generation and autonomous inbound and outbound AI voice calling. I cut agent response latency from 2s to 800ms by streaming across the STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline, and lowered word error rate from 15% to 7% by fine-tuning speech recognition for accented speech.
At RideNear, where I currently work part-time, I redesigned B2B and B2C admin systems and reduced configuration time by 40%. I also built an AI agent that surfaces business metrics through MCP integrations.
Through freelance work and the P&L Trading Journal Platform, I’ve built real-time applications and broker integrations. My work includes Socket.io quizzes supporting 200+ concurrent learners and trade synchronization with 20+ brokerages.
