At MapMyCrop, I re-architected a 200K+ download Crop Monitoring app using feature-first Clean Architecture and BLoC, and built a Tree Monitoring app across 14 enterprise modules for iOS and Android.

I improved average session time from 2 to 11 minutes by using Crashlytics and CleverTap funnel data to address onboarding leaks. I also reduced startup time from 30 seconds to 8 seconds through parallel API calls and cache-first loading.

I designed MapMyCrop's multi-package white-label architecture, enabling a single codebase to ship under multiple brands and supporting the company's first international launch. I also built offline-first GPS navigation, reporting, and sync workflows for field agents.

Previously at Probity IT Services, I delivered KYC, profile matching, recommendations, and notification modules for Reshimgadhi. Across my work, I build production Flutter applications with Firebase, REST and GraphQL APIs, scalable architecture, performance profiling, testing, and CI/CD.
