I’m an ITSM & ServiceNow professional with 4+ years of experience in Major Incident Management, Production Support, and CMDB governance. I act as Primary POC for critical incidents, lead triage/bridge calls, and drive resolution within SLA timelines.

I bring strong expertise in ITIL processes, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident review (PIR). I maintain detailed incident records in ServiceNow and provide real-time stakeholder updates to keep alignment during high-impact events.

In my roles at Atos, I’ve managed end-to-end incident lifecycles (logging through closure), supported 24/7 production and application operations, and monitored systems using Nagios and Icinga. I coordinate cross-functionally to improve service stability and reduce recurring issues through corrective actions.
