What I'm looking for

I'm looking for operations, project, or event roles in dynamic and multicultural teams, with opportunities to use new technologies, collaborate remotely or internationally, and contribute to efficient end-to-end delivery.

I've led and delivered 50+ traditional and cultural events at UsConcept/TedakSiten, managing budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution from planning through completion.

I coordinate cross-functional teams of 20–50 staff and volunteers, build lasting client relationships, and develop event concepts aligned with client objectives and budgets.

Previously, I supported operations and decision-making through administration, market research, competitor analysis, Excel reporting, and database management at PmaMakeover. At PTPP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, I analyzed operational and plantation performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
