I’m a detail-oriented investigator with 3+ years of experience in identity theft casework, fraud detection, and taxpayer account analysis within a federal environment. In my work as an IRS Identity Theft Victim Assistance (IDTVA) Specialist, I conduct in-depth investigations of compromised taxpayer accounts and fraudulent filings while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

I also escalate high-risk or suspicious cases to appropriate departments for further investigation and communicate with taxpayers to gather critical information and provide updates professionally.
