I lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Design SBT sessions for a marketing campaign platform, working directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate from demo feedback. I also facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, and QA teams.
For an online auction system, I took ownership as lead analyst in Phase 2, defining bidding workflows, order fulfillment, auction creation, and live-streaming and in-person auction capabilities.
I've also defined product scope and authored a PRD for an AI agent that converts transcripts and audio into structured PRDs. My foundation includes Agile, Scrum, Kanban, story writing, Jira, and client-facing analysis.
