I'm looking to lead scalable quality engineering and AI-enabled automation initiatives, build modern test platforms, mentor cross-functional teams, and help developers share ownership of software quality.

I've led quality engineering for MSCI BarraOne at Wissen Technology, modernizing API and UI automation for a multi-tenant portfolio and risk management SaaS platform used by 100+ financial institutions across 85+ countries. I led migrations of approximately 986 API tests to a custom AI-powered Python framework and 524 UI tests from Selenium to Playwright, while improving regression triage efficiency by 75%.

Across MSCI One, Vineti, Invoke, and Talentpool, I've built automation frameworks, performance suites, and security testing practices from scratch. I enjoy making quality a shared engineering responsibility through developer enablement, CI-based testing, practical tooling, and hands-on mentoring.
