Anu Varma

I’m a School Counselor with a strong background in psychology and guidance and counseling. I focus on supporting students’ academic, personal, and career development through structured, solution-focused counseling.

In my recent role at Kendriya Vidyalaya Bharatpur (2023–2024), I provided counseling for student growth and helped build well-being through mental health awareness programs and workshops. I also collaborated with teachers and parents to support students holistically.

Previously, I served as a School Counselor & Admission Counsellor (PGT Psychology) at The Millennium School (Jan 2021–2023) and held counselor roles across multiple schools, including St. Mary’s Convent Sr. Sec. School and NYMPH – The Pre Primary School. I also worked as a Counselor & Branch Head at MindGynnie Education Services, handling admissions and administrative responsibilities while meeting parents and students to address educational priorities.

I hold an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (PGDGC) in 2020. I’ve also completed a 3-month certified internship from Psychiatric Center, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, and volunteered at UMANG for people with mental challenges.
