At Mahindra Logistics Limited, I monitor shipment ageing, Open COD pendency, Delivery Associate performance, and station-level KPIs across 60+ EDSP stations. I automated EDD data extraction across 15+ major stations, running four times daily and eliminating approximately 80 minutes of manual effort per day.
At IBM, I maintained and validated electrical asset datasets for the AusNet Project, using data cleansing and anomaly detection to improve data quality. I also built SQL and Power BI analyses of churn and e-commerce sales, and a Python salary prediction model.
