At Fiserv, I support 30+ developer teams on a centralized AWS platform, owning Jenkins infrastructure, pipeline tooling, and deployment operations for 65+ microservices.

I standardize CloudBees Jenkins pipelines with Groovy shared libraries, deploy services to ECS and EKS using blue/green strategies, and manage CloudFormation infrastructure across RDS, Aurora, ALB, Lambda, and multi-AZ VPCs. My automation has reduced new-team onboarding to under one day and production recovery time to under five minutes.

Previously at Humana, I built and owned Azure-based DevOps infrastructure for 40+ healthcare applications, including member portals, claims processing, and clinical data services. I delivered Azure DevOps pipelines, administered AKS clusters, provisioned HIPAA-compliant environments with Terraform, and built Splunk observability for healthcare workloads.

I enjoy creating reliable, secure cloud platforms for regulated environments, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Python, and compliance practices including PCI-DSS, SOC2, and HIPAA.
