I've built Generative AI and machine-learning systems for health and government programs at Tattva Foundation, including maternal-risk prediction for UNICEF and NHM-UP, RAG workflows for frontline health workers, and analytics for PMJAY.

I built the full ASHA chatbot pipeline across ingestion, hybrid ChromaDB and FAISS retrieval, generation, and prompt tuning to reduce hallucinations. For MANTRA, I validated ensemble models on large-scale delivery records, addressed severe class imbalance, and presented findings to UNICEF and state health authorities to support high-risk pregnancy referrals.

I've also standardized government datasets and built LLM-based geographical data-mapping tools for Meghalaya's ECD Mission, supporting dashboards for more than 6,000 Anganwadi centers. As a data and MIS consultant on NAPCC 2.0, I advised nine national climate missions on monitoring, indicator frameworks, and governance-reporting dashboards.

Earlier, I fine-tuned LLMs, built YOLO and OCR systems, and developed Python automation tools for production workflows. I bring an M.Tech in Computer Science from IIIT Guwahati and work across data, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
