As an Associate at Tata AIG General Insurance, my responsibilities include handling client inquiries over the phone. If a client has any doubts regarding motor insurance, we aim to address them during the call. If further clarification is needed, we schedule a meeting to resolve any queries.
Additionally, our focus is on insuring vehicles financed through IndusInd Bank, ranging from 3.5 tones to 55 tones. We cover miscellaneous vehicles, excluding hazardous ones.
Furthermore, we facilitate vehicle inspections and arrange policy endorsements if clients require additional coverage
