Senior Business Analyst | Standard Chartered Bank | SC Trade - Capital Markets & Trading Platform Working as a Senior Business Analyst on the SC Trade Application, a Capital Markets trading platform that enables Demat account customers to trade in the stock market. Responsible for requirement gathering and analysis by collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules, and functional specifications. Analyze and document end-to-end stock trading workflows, including key functional requirements related to buying and selling securities. Define business validations, functional rules, process flows, and exception scenarios to ensure smooth and controlled trade execution. Create wireframes, workflow diagrams, and prototypes to communicate functional requirements and improve understanding between business and technology teams. Work closely with development and technology teams throughout the SDLC, providing requirement clarification and resolving functional queries. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including requirement discussions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews. Prepare and review UAT scenarios and test cases, execute UAT, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution. Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations. Perform gap analysis and process improvement to identify opportunities for improving the customer trading experience and operational efficiency. Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirement elicitation and documentation through development, testing, UAT, and production release. * Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within Capital Markets and Stock Market Trading, focusing on delivering efficient and user-friendly trading solutions.
