What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that supports my growth within the managerial hierarchy and gives me opportunities to contribute my strengths through collaborative work.

At Capgemini India Pvt Ltd, I lead a team of five implementing change requests for five customers, with a focus on phased implementation. My current work includes agent changes, carrier EDI onboarding, cloud migration, and rate uploads.

At Olam IT Services Private Limited – Currently Mindsprint, I led a team of seven supporting five projects migrated from SAP to Oracle Transportation Management and implemented two OTM projects end to end. I integrated a BOT process for invoice PDFs, supported other integrations including fuel surcharge calculation, and presented an implementation at OTM SIG APAC 2024.

Across my OTM roles, I’ve worked on support, migrations, integrations, and cloud projects, and built a support process with ticketing, reporting, and SLAs. I’m certified in OTM GTM implementation and OCI generative AI, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science.
