I’m seeking a remote General Counsel, Head of Legal or Senior Legal Counsel role in fintech, crypto, payments, lending, SaaS or cross-border technology businesses.

At WIAM Group, I built legal architecture for fintech, regulated lending and Web3 products across multiple jurisdictions. I structured the buy-side acquisition of an Indian NBFC, including due diligence, transaction documents and the RBI approval pathway.

I also developed legal and compliance documentation for regulated lending and prepared product terms, privacy and AML policies, and onboarding materials for Web3 and payment products. At Alpha LLC and Gamma STG Pte Ltd, I supported international shipping and trade through contract work, sanctions due diligence, corporate governance and dispute matters.
