At Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, I build comprehensive Medicare cardiology-provider datasets using Python, image recognition, and Stata, integrating CMS, NPPES, NBER, UPIN ResDAC, and other sources. I also analyze nursing-home rating volatility and the relationship between citations, penalties, and overall ratings.
Previously, I supported banking-system stability at the Bank of Russia and the Deposit Insurance Agency by developing recovery and bankruptcy-prevention plans, evaluating loan-portfolio risk programs and distressed assets, and leading an eight-person asset-management team.
